Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we send you a dispatch confirmation, not when you receive the order acknowledgement. If we cannot fulfil an order — because of a stock error or a pricing mistake — we will tell you promptly and refund you in full. We do not make you pay a price that was published in error.

Prices

All prices are in US dollars and are the price you pay for the goods. Standard shipping within the United States is included at no charge. Applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm.

Payment

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. We only display methods we actually accept. Payment is taken when your order is placed.

Availability

We hold our own stock, but listings can occasionally fall out of step with the shelf. If an item you ordered is unavailable we will contact you the same business day with the option of waiting or a full immediate refund.

Delivery

Returns

Our 30-day return policy is set out on the Returns & Refunds page and forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

Product names, trademarks and brand names referred to on this site belong to their respective owners. We use them only to identify the goods we sell. We are an independent retailer and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an authorised dealer for any manufacturer whose products we resell.

Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of California.
