About Arcadezux

Arcadezux is an independent retailer based in Los Angeles, California. We opened in 2026 and sell two things: Northern European design furniture and lighting — the kind normally awkward and expensive to buy from the United States — and Navien gas tankless water heaters and boilers for American homes.

How we actually operate

We buy inventory outright and hold it at our own premises in Los Angeles. When you order, the item ships to you from our stock in California, not from an overseas distributor and not from a third party who has never seen it. That is why our delivery estimate is 3 to 5 business days rather than the four-to-eight weeks common on imported design furniture.

Holding stock is a deliberate choice and it has a trade-off worth being honest about: our range is narrow. We carry a small, curated selection rather than a catalogue of thousands, because every item is something we have paid for and stored. If an item is listed on this site, it physically exists on our racking.

Who runs it

Arcadezux is owner-operated. The same small team selects the range, answers the phone, packs the boxes and handles returns. There is no outsourced call centre. If you email us during business hours you are emailing the people who run the company.

What we do not do

  • We do not ship outside the United States. Our shipping zone is the US only, and we would rather say so than take an order we cannot fulfil.
  • We do not offer assembly or white-glove installation. Items arrive boxed and flat-packed where the manufacturer supplies them that way.
  • We do not install heating equipment. Water heaters and boilers are gas appliances and must be installed by a licensed plumbing or heating professional. We supply the unit; your installer fits it.
  • We are not an authorised dealer or brand representative. We buy stock and resell it as an independent retailer. See the disclaimer at the foot of every page.
  • We do not run permanent sales. Our prices are our prices. You will not find a struck-through “was” price on this site, because inventing one would be dishonest.
  • We do not operate a public showroom. Our Los Angeles address is a working stock and office location, not a walk-in retail store.
